Where you can take your dog off-leash
As a result of clarifying leash requirements with Vashon Parks District, we know about more places to let your dog off the leash.
*Agren Park—not the ballfield,, but the trails in the woods (New information from VPD, King County and the Land Trust excludes dogs off-leash)
*Winghaven Park—parking is at a premium, but the walk is a good one for agile owners and energetic big dogs
*Pt Robinson—north and south trails at the upper parking lot, beach area except for waterfront rentals
Burton Acres—wooded trails across from Jensen Beach
Sunrise Ridge—new development March 2023: No Dogs Allowed
Community Care Center—off-leash on walkways behind the center, on-leash for Shinglemill Trails
*Vashon Parks District
